Analysis

We provide engineering analysis to support product design and development. Our analysis includes

Project

We carry out your project from beginning to end. You get a complete analysis report. The process is simple. There is no need to purchase and maintain expensive commercial software and high performance computers. And, no complex hiring and training is needed for retaining specialists and/or IT supports. We cover these.

Support

Analysis has several components: problem formulation, classic hand calculation, sophisticated computer modelling. We support you in one or more of them to free up your work force, add resources, balance peak time workload, and introduce foreign expertise. We also support you with programming using object oriented language such as c++ or python and provide web-based calculation solution using Django.

TESTIMONIALS

Charles performed CFD simulations for us as we were developing our product. Charles produced quickly results that revealed some limitations with some of our design features. We liked how we were able to work with Charles to quickly simulate design improvement ideas, and how he helped visualize the simulation results to guide the exercise.

Charles is a highly-skilled professional who contributed significantly to several electric and hydrogen fuel cell transit bus performance modelling projects that the Canadian Urban Transit Research & Innovation Consortium (CUTRIC) undertook using its trademarked RoutΣ.i modelling tool in Canada. He is a diligent and meticulous data scientist who ensures that high-quality work deliverables are generated in an efficient and client-friendly manner. He ensures methodological revisions and changes are documented in a timely and clear manner. Charles is a great team player and an effective communicator.

We engaged with Charles for simulating hydro dynamics. Charles was able to quickly learn the system and produces simulations which helped us understand our system better. It gave us insights into few key issues and parameters which helped us design the next version effectively. He is very organized and reports very simple and interpretable. He also agreed to train one of our engineers in simulation and made us self sufficient. Maestronic is happy with Charles work and would be happy to recommend.

My experience with Charles has been great. He is accommodating to our needs and budget, while also producing an outstanding job, on time (his reports are second to none). I have been using Charles’ services for three years now and knowing that Charles is in charge of our FEA, reduces our stress, we know we can design with confidence. I highly recommend giving Charles’ services a try.

The project that we were working on was the new bus frame design for our EV platform. Charles was training our junior FEA engineer on how to perform really complicated analysis. Charles's guidance speeded up the project dramatically. The results are accurate and our junior engineer learned a lot of him.
